Refund Policy
Donations
All donations made to ThePorcelainMasquerade are considered final and non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we use donations to further our mission to ensure sustenance, safety and self-awareness to all children. However, we recognize that errors may occur, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

The donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate transaction).

The donor’s payment information was used fraudulently.

A refund is required by law.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date by emailing info@theporcelainmasquerade.org with the donor’s full name, donation date, amount, and reason for the request.

Merchandise Sales
Merchandise purchases are generally non-refundable unless:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

The wrong item was shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we use a third-party vendor, returns and exchanges are subject to their policies. Please refer to Printful’s return policy at printful.com for details.
