  • All merchandise orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are fulfilled by Printful, and processing times may vary depending on their policies.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
     

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times are determined by our third-party vendor.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days, but actual delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high order volume.

  • International shipping may be available, but customs processing and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
     

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
     

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Once an order has been shipped, ThePorcelainMasquerade is not responsible for delays or lost packages.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at info@theporcelainmasquerade.org with photos and a description of the issue for possible replacement.
     

Returns & Exchanges

  • Because we use a third-party vendor, returns and exchanges are subject to their policies. Please refer to Printful’s return policy at printful.com for details.

  • If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
